My fiance and I patronized this afternoon to get some neem oil. We were assisted by this wonderful sweet older Asian lady with the silver hair. She was very helpful and answered my questions about the product. She feel in love with our chihuahua who happened to be with us! However, the only cashier present, that was an older lady, with brown hair, was rude! No common courtesy whatsoever! Very bad attitude and appeared to not want to be there.

I have been a customer for over 35 years. Went in to purchase something I had bought before for my 89 year old Mom. They no longer carried the exact product and the sales clerk handed me 2 essential oil and suggested I mix them with castor oil myself. Almost fainted that they were over $50.00 purchased anyway as Mom needed them. When so advised how much it was she said she didn’t use it that often and would do without as she is on a fixed budget. I was not told when they were handed to me by the sales person or at checkout that they could not be returned. Needless to say I went to return the unopened bottles and they refused to take the return. They pointed out that it says no returns on the shelf with the oils… but as I never went to the shelf and the sales clerk handed them to me I was unaware. She also never mentioned it while I was checking out. I almost said cancel the sale when the total range up… but the old product did help my Moms feet when her neuropathy would act up once a year or so. They have lost a long time customer. I understand their reasons … but no one mentioned that what I was buying was final sale. JUST BE AWARE before you buy anything there!!

After 50 years of shopping at this store and it has always been one of my favorites I WILL NEVER GO BACK! Very sad, my 3 children also shopped this store, we spent alot of time and money there Manger is one of the rudest people I have met! Guess I will just go with the flow on this matter and order on line I have tried to support small businesses but I guess this place doesn't care about their customers! It use to be the place to go and not there is vrrg little foot traffic and I understand why Soon to be another land mark

I’ve loved Heritage Store for years—it’s my little self-care haven. The rosewater mist is my absolute favorite, and everything smells so pure and calming. The staff are always warm and helpful. You can really feel the good energy the moment you walk in. 🌸💧✨
